The powerful and light-gathering objective lenses provide a contrast and bright image without aberrations, and the twist-up eyecups can be pulled out to decrease the side light.
The optical design is based on Porro-prisms and multicoated lenses. All the elements are made of BaK-4 glass. The water-resistant aluminum body is also shockproof. Thanks to the nitrogen filling, the lenses stay clear even in high humidity conditions.
